Will you be our new Operator/Production worker (plastic)?
Formit is looking for a new colleague for the milling department who will be trained internally as Operator and also perform support activities in the production department. Do you get energy from keeping machinery running at full speed partly due to your efforts and do you have a passion for technology?

Work in the milling department:
- - Loading and unloading of milling machines (plastic sheets).
- - Setting up and operating the milling machines.
- - Ensuring that machine capacity is fully utilised.
- - Perform monitoring and quality measurements.
- - Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance.

This is you:
- - You are technically minded and have a sense of responsibility.
- - You are motivated and flexible.
- - Relevant training for this position is not required, our production technology will be taught to you internally.
- - Experience in a similar position as an operator is a plus.
- - You speak Dutch and/or English
- - You are willing to work a shift once a week from 12:30-21:00 hours
Offer:
- - With us, you will receive in-house training to become an Independent Operator.
- - The vacancy can be filled either full-time or part-time (32-40 hours per week).
- - Working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm + 1 shifted shift from 12:30-21:00 pm
- - You will join the employer directly with the prospect of permanent employment.
- - Working conditions in line with the collective labour agreement for small metals with a good pension scheme.
- - Salary-function group 3 to 6 with a salary of €2,810 to €3,486 based on 40 hours (depending on age and experience).
- - Personal rewards.
- - Choice to have overtime paid out or save up TVT.
- - 25 holidays per year (on full-time basis).
- - Travel allowance €0.23 per km.
