The supplied components are measured and modelled. The housing is designed around these components. This 3D design is emailed to the customer as a STEP file or PDF for approval. After approval, the composition is divided into plastic sheet metal parts. Technical drawings and results are generated from these sheet metal parts. The results are converted into CNC milling programs via a CAD-CAM link so that production can be started.
