Bending

Products are thermally bent on a NC controlled bending machine. The products are heated with an incandescent coil, then bent and finally cooled in a controlled way.

We can also cold-form products with a rubber stamp. The cold bending must then be fixed by means of strips on the inside or the side. The discoloration caused by cold forming is removed with a hot air hair dryer.
